Curated Ceramic Paint Palettes

$0.00
sold out

COMING SOON!

Handmade pigments in ceramic wells — for art that remembers.

Crafted in collaboration with ceramic artist Kate McKay Studio, these limited-edition palettes bring together beauty, function, and story. Each hand-poured earth pigment rests in its own ceramic well, housed in a tactile, travel-ready box inspired by traditional artist tools and natural forms.

Every palette includes 6–8 curated watercolours, made by hand in our studio from natural pigments, gum arabic, local honey, and water. The result: rich, soft hues that carry the memory of Country and the weight of place.

We’ll be releasing colourways by:

  • Season — like Winter Mist, Spring Bloom, or Summer Smoke

  • Location — featuring palettes from takayna, larapuna, Wulinantikala, and beyond

  • Mood & Shade — earthy neutrals, deep shadow tones, highland blues, ochre-rich warmth

  • Custom Builds — soon you’ll be able to select your own colours and create your personal story palette

Each palette is:

  • Ceramic and reusable – glazed, kiln-fired with care

  • Portable and giftable – beautifully packaged for artists, writers, and wanderers

  • Ethically made – pigment sourced with respect and reciprocity, poured by hand in lutruwita/Tasmania

This isn’t just a paint set. It’s a collection of moments waiting to be reawakened through brush and breath.

Acknowledgement of Country

This is Palawa Country. It always was, and always will be.

We pay respect to the Punnerlerpanna people, the creators of these northern shores, the great fishing culture of the north whose Country we live in. Though they did not survive colonisation, their presence is felt in the land, in the tides, in the stories that still echo here.

We honour our Palawa community past and present across Trouwerner/Lutruwita (Tasmania) and beyond, those who have carried knowledge forward, protected Country, and upheld the responsibilities passed down through generations.

To know this land is to know its true custodians.
